By using SlowRead (“the App”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
2. Content and Copyright
The literary works available in SlowRead are in the public domain. You are free to read, share, and enjoy these texts. However, the App’s design, code, branding, and curated selections are the intellectual property of SlowRead and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s services or servers
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
- Use automated tools to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlowRead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting tplusstudio@gmail.com.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
